Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed n\u00e1m na dospel\u00fdch \u013eu\u010foch, ktor\u00ed v \u0161kol\u00e1ch \u017eij\u00fa a pracuj\u00fa so \u017eiakmi. V r\u00f4znych n\u00e1lad\u00e1ch, niekedy s rados\u0165ou a inokedy s pochybnos\u0165ami, ob\u010das siln\u00ed a neraz slab\u00ed, de\u0148 za d\u0148om ved\u00fa svojich zverencov. T\u00edto u\u010ditelia s\u00fa konfrontovan\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 s mno\u017estvom v\u00fdziev, v\u00a0dynamickom, ale i v konzervat\u00edvnom prostred\u00ed. Ani v\u00a0praxi a\u00a0ani v\u00a0tejto pr\u00edru\u010dke ich nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 odde\u013eova\u0165. Na\u0161e pr\u00edrodovedeck\u00e9, filozofick\u00e9 i\u00a0pedagogick\u00e9 fakulty, ktor\u00e9 pripravuj\u00fa u\u010dite\u013eov do praxe, venuj\u00fa \u201eobsahu\u201c nepropor\u010dne ve\u013ea \u010dasu.<\/p>\n<p>Nechceme by\u0165 negativistick\u00ed, ale ak dnes v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina \u017eiakov po dvan\u00e1stich rokoch \u0161kolskej doch\u00e1dzky nevie, \u010do bolo SNP, z\u00a0matematiky sotva vyu\u017eije \u201etroj\u010dlenku\u201c, nenap\u00ed\u0161e zrozumite\u013ene a bez ch\u00fdb dlh\u0161\u00ed mail, neodl\u00ed\u0161i pavedeck\u00e9 t\u00e1raniny od jednoduch\u00fdch racion\u00e1lnych \u00favah alebo nem\u00e1 po\u0148atie o klimatickej zmene... je to ve\u013ek\u00e9 zlyhanie vzdel\u00e1vacieho syst\u00e9mu a\u00a0nie je to sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 t\u00fdm, \u017ee u\u010ditelia s\u00fa nedostato\u010dn\u00fdmi expertmi vo svojom odbore. T\u00e1to tragick\u00e1 nevzdelanos\u0165 mlad\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed nie je d\u00f4sledkom toho, \u017ee ich u\u010ditelia t\u00e1pu v\u00a0matematike, v\u00a0literat\u00fare \u010di ekonomike.<\/p>\n<p>Je naozaj povzbudzuj\u00face, ak medzi u\u010dite\u013emi na z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch a\u00a0stredn\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch stret\u00e1vame skuto\u010dn\u00fdch odborn\u00edkov, \u0161pecialistov, ale t\u00fdm sa ich pedagogick\u00e1 kompetencia nekon\u010d\u00ed \u2013 iba za\u010d\u00edna. Ak je v\u00fdsledkom pedagogickej pr\u00edpravy bud\u00facich u\u010dite\u013eov iba expert\u00edza v\u00a0odbore, tak vzdel\u00e1vanie nem\u00f4\u017ee fungova\u0165.
