Ob\u010das vystupuje v\u00a0role z\u00e1chrancu a\u00a0inokedy v\u00a0role trestaj\u00faceho, raz je d\u00f4vern\u00edk a\u00a0inokedy kontrol\u00f3r.<\/p>\n<p>Najprv si vymenujme nieko\u013eko rol\u00ed, s\u00a0ktor\u00fdmi maj\u00fa sk\u00fasenos\u0165 takmer v\u0161etci u\u010ditelia na Slovensku. Vizualiz\u00e1cia rol\u00ed u\u010dite\u013ea na semin\u00e1ri.)<\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00edm lep\u0161ie si \u010dlovek uvedomuje, kedy a\u00a0ako vstupuje\/vystupuje do \u0161pecifick\u00fdch rol\u00ed, t\u00fdm lep\u0161ie bude rozumie\u0165 svojmu povolaniu a\u00a0bude ho vykon\u00e1va\u0165 s\u00a0v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou jasnos\u0165ou a\u00a0presved\u010divos\u0165ou.<\/p>\n<p>\u010casto musia u\u010ditelia \u2013 z\u00a0povahy svojho povolania a\u00a0pod\u013ea konkr\u00e9tnej situ\u00e1cie \u2013 zast\u00e1va\u0165 roly, ktor\u00e9 im nie s\u00fa bl\u00edzke, ktor\u00e9 dokonca nemaj\u00fa radi alebo ich nevedia dobre vykon\u00e1va\u0165. Je to nepr\u00edjemnos\u0165, ale patr\u00ed k\u00a0pr\u00e1ci. Niekto nezn\u00e1\u0161a rolu \u201epolicajta\u201c ale ob\u010das je \u00faplne nutn\u00e1 a\u00a0opr\u00e1vnen\u00e1 \u2013 a\u00a0ak sa vhodn\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom neuplatn\u00ed, u\u010dite\u013e sa oslab\u00ed a\u00a0nevykon\u00e1va svoju pr\u00e1cu dobre. In\u00e9mu \u010dloveku nepasuje rola \u201eadministr\u00e1tora\u201c, ale k\u00a0v\u00fdkonu povolanie ju mus\u00ed ob\u010das zast\u00e1va\u0165, podobne in\u00e9mu \u010dloveku nemus\u00ed vyhovova\u0165 rola \u201ed\u00f4vern\u00edka\u201c alebo\u00a0 \u201esudcu\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Dobr\u00e1 spr\u00e1va je, \u017ee u\u010dite\u013e nie je \u201epolicajt\u201c, \u201eadministr\u00e1tor\u201c, \u201ed\u00f4vern\u00edk\u201c \u010di \u201esudca\u201c \u2013 s\u00fa to len \u010diastkov\u00e9 roly, ktor\u00e9 ob\u010das na seba \u00fa\u010delovo prevezme a\u00a0potom ich vedome pust\u00ed. A\u00a0in\u00e9 roly nevyu\u017e\u00edva.
