Cie\u013eom bolo dosiahnu\u0165 zlep\u0161enie kvality, kvantity, porovnate\u013enosti a harmoniz\u00e1cie stavu biotopov, ktor\u00e9 sa vyskytuj\u00fa v \u010dlensk\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1toch v celej E\u00da.
